This is an astrological talisman, one of the most interesting things with regards to astrology, in my eyes. These are cast at a specific time and date and, if cast at this particular time, are said to carry mystical powers of good fortune and luck for whoever possesses it.
How to choose a talisman (I thought this was interesting information...)
wealth, prosperity, justice and good fortune: Jupiter
wealth, in particular wealth associated with business, communications, sales, marketing, and the Internet; memory: Mercury
love, friendship, arts: Venus
general health, fame, job promotion, respect, authority: Sun
longevity and long life; discipline; astrology, magic and occult knowledge: Saturn and Saturn's magic rings
courage, determination, energy, command, strength, body building: Mars
safety, health, wealth: moon
metal associated:
gold for the Sun, iron for Mars, tin for Jupiter and copper for Venus. Pure sterling silver is appropriate for Mercury or the Moon
